I spoke with IR today and was told that the LOC hasn't been tapped yet. In fact it needs some sort of authorization from the gov't which is news to me. So they couldn't tap it even if they wanted to. I thought that this was odd but if true it would negate the musings of some that wonder if Centurion is shorting the stock for cheaper shares. I don't think they'd bother doing that before sfmi legally has access to the LOC.
