The reason I posted it was because if PQ's intent is for a buyout..he is making it as painless as possible for the new buyer. Transition for the buyer would be immediate and generate revenue instantly.

It sounds like to me pic, you're betting the farm on SFMI. You seem pretty sure of yourself, I would assume because you have been involved with mining in the past.
