Message: A Day to Remember

"Our shareholders allowed us to go forward in the past and will now be rewarded by having a stake in a young and vibrant corporation involved in one of the most exciting business segment of the time. As I related before, the mill circuit, as configured, will allow SFMI to create capital from the sale of Bullion Dore, as well as ready the whole production line to handle prime ore from the underground veins of War Eagle Mountain. Our near-term efforts include augmenting our production capacity to produce more gold and silver from the old works on War Eagle Mountain and our long term efforts go towards the identification and the extraction of the ore bodies hidden inside the mountain.”

PQ's statement above really says it all. We have become a producer of precious metals. This puts us light years beyond our closest peers. It's almost too much to believe. While I've been preoccupied with the constant downward ticks of the share price this last year, I kept telling myself "keep buying, these shares are too cheap to pass up". So I bought all the way down. Ignoring the nagging feeling that I was doing the wrong thing, buying a stock headed for zero, watching my net worth fall by the day. The shares I purchased below 8 cents were the hardest to buy. Just human nature I guess. But today's news quickly put everything back in to focus. What we have here is a micro-junior that doesn't need to follow the "drill and dilute" path of other companies in this sector. It has become an official producer. It has vaulted itself into a class of it's own. It has a resource, a working mill, a smelting operation, a long term deal with a refiner and a plan with the manpower to pull it off. If we come close to proving up anything vaguely resembling what the historical data indicates, a suitor is going to have to pay handsomely for this little miner. I mean handsomely. Why? Because we have all the pieces in place. We are already producing. We can just hand someone the keys and they'll be up and running.

This really makes me rethink this entire scenario. Why would we sell? Why would we want to? If we pull a couple of gaudy drill holes up, this puppy will go to the moon. We already have the capcity to mine this thing for ourselves. Sure, a major or intermediate producer could come in and exploit the resource more quickly, but surely the market would recognize the amazingly massive earning power of a small, focused miner like SFMI. At that point, the stock price goes completely verticle. I really don't think it'll take more than a couple of good holes. We already have roads, tunnels, water, electricity. Folks, that's about a $billion headstart on our closest rival. And we're in Idaho, for crying out loud. Friendly and supportive of miners.

Just think, at today's price of gold, every 600,000 ounces is a billion bucks. We already have the capacity to produce these ounces for something south of $400 ton. Right here and now. My mind is racing right now so please forgive me if I am missing something, but I just can't stop pinching myself in amazement at what has just reappeared before my eyes. I've been so focused on the daily stock price performance that I lost sight of what these guys have built over that last year or so. All of the sudden it's check mate. We are a producer. And every penny of share price appreciation means a significant improvement to my overall attitude and outlook on life.

I would be grateful for other opinions as to the future hopes and dreams for SFMI. Notwithstanding the carnage of world markets today, I think this has been a wonderful, wonderful day to remember.

Best to All Longs,

ag
