As far as I know, SFMI was still on the OTCBB. Notice the PR I referred to has SFMI listed as "Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI)", as do all the PRs since. The move from FINRA may have made a difference in the way things have to be filed, though. I think the move was done because FINRA was changing their schedule of charges (read: raising prices), and many of the market makers simply moved to the other trading platform. I assume SFMI will make the necessary changes. Shouldn't be a problem, since they are current on their filings.
