Topics I’d like to see covered at the SHM. Important ones are in bold. I'm sure there are more issues I've forgotten. Everyone is welcome to add to the list. As I've said, those going tothe meeting are certainly under no obligation to ask questions for those who can't go, but maybe this list will give those going some ideas.

Operations

Status of Sinker: What needs to be done for drilling/mining? When will it be permitted for drilling/mining? Have mining targets been identified? Assays? Will/when the Sinker be connected to the other shafts?

Mill: What is the milling rate? What are the grades? What are the plans/timetable for mill expansion?

Smelter: When will it be operational? Will it be able to handle the amounts? Does it convert all the silver ores to silver metal, or will some of the silver ore have to be sent out?

How much concentrate is stockpiled, what is the total amount of gold/silver stored?

What is the timetable for revenue, and for SFMI to be profitable? Numbers?

When will drilling on the mountain (outside the Sinker) be started? What is the planned scale? Plans/timetable for 43-101?

Plans/timetable for mining other than the Sinker?

IR (questions based on PRs)

Why did the 5/19/2010 PR state that “the testing mill phase has shown 0.75 oz per ton precious metal values” when subsequent PRs indicate that the values are less than 1 g/t?

Why are the the PRs so poorly written that people have to guess at what they mean? Example: “2.61 tonnes of concentrate containing an average of 81.19 oz. of gold and 94.97 oz. of silver.” Is that 81 oz per ton? Or per 2.61 tons?

“The Company will now be able to provide frequent assay reports to its shareholders”. Where are these assay reports?

The above questions all relate to the timing, accuracy, and clarity of the PRs. Maybe just ask a general question instead?

Uplisting to other stock exchanges still planned? Timetable?

What is the status of the LOC? Why did it take so long to withdraw the filing? What happens now?

Management

Tactful version: What are plans to bring in more mining people on the board and in other management slots?

Non-tactful version: When are DQ and CQ and other unqualified family members going to be kicked off the board and out of high paying jobs and replaced with experienced people from the mining business? At this point in the game, SFMI needs to cut out the nepotism and cronyism if they are to be regarded seriously.

What are all of the “consulting” and “investor relations” funds being used for?

Finances

How has SFMI been financing the operations? Numbers?

What is the status of the share buyback program?

Any numbers regarding revenue to date, expected revenues, etc.?
