So we can look at this two ways in football analogy

1. Raiders : Al Davis meddling and headcoach obeying most rules set by Al Davis

or

2. 49ers : Eddie Debartolo and headcoach Bill Walsh and Eddie D allowing Bill Walsh to run the team as he saw fit to make it a first class Super Bowl contender

Both produced Super Bowl teams...however the 49ers had a longer winning track record.

I would think SFMI is being ran by headcoach Roger Scammel for a couple of reasons.

1. Proven track record.

2. Expertise in mining and exploration

We all know PQ is basically learning as he goes...and realized to make it over the hump he needed a sound football mind so he brought in Roger Scammel.

Ask yourself this question: Roger Scammel didn't need this gig, he is semi-retired and has already nutured two mining operations from the ground floor up. Do you think he is a Raider or 49er? My guess he is a 49er and will be leading the team at the SHM
