The key observation is that we have no PRs. It was posted here that RK had said he would get a PR this Thursday or Friday- Does that mean he gets it and then takes time to get it out say Monday? Or should it have been out by today? The lack of PRs is disturbingly similar to what happened before the last SHM- a string of PRs was promised, but never delivered.

IMO, by far the most important topic that needs to be addressed at the SHM is the lack of information delivered to the shareholders. We shouldn't have to invest blindly or based on guesses- not in a public company.
