I understand many start ups require dilution of stock to gain capital to build the ship.

If there is no further dilution, there is possibly of another company moving in and taking over part or all of the company because they have the capital to complete the project.

Do I smell Scorpio Mining sniffing around?

If WEM is as huge as everyone is proclaiming...why wouldn't a major bank loan SFMI money to fund the project with a small precentage of return on the money made by SFMI?

Wouldn't this be better than dilute the stock further to a point where SFMI/GHDC is worthless?

WEM has a limited amount of resources left..once exhausted, it is gone for good.
