Shares issued are restricted for at least a year. As revenues begin and the mill increases grade and volume, issued shares will decrease. As far as insiders go, I disagree with your statement. Management has huge positions in Sfmi. One bod has funded this venture in a BIG way and continues to do so. Trust me... Their interests are aligned with ours.
