No news for Scorpio, just a bounce back from the oversold condition of the latest bloodbath. As far as SFMI mining WEM it's certainly their intention. You don't hire a very experienced mining engineer and 2-3 additional geo's, add 2 more experienced mining guys to the BOD [in progress], without having a major development in mind.

As Spiny correctly stated MSHA is the reason for the delays at the Sinker. They had 5 on site visits and it wasn't until the last one, from out of nowhere they decided that the Sinker would require rock bolting. Nothing mentioned in their previous visits about it at all. Rock bolting is a major undertaking and has set things back. They've been at it for a few months and I don't know how much is left to do. One of the new geo's specializes in fast tracking the permits so this should help. RS was a bit behind the times due to working in Mexico. He also spent a lot of his time on the mtn. detailing the new areas now underclaim [42]. These require full surveys and lots of filing apps. etc.
