I was in the van with RS after the Saturday Sinker Tunnel and mine tour and while returning from Silver City I asked RS if he still had conversations or communications with people from Scorpio and he said he had only one (I believe it was their President, but I"m not sure) and that was just on a social (friendship) level. I then asked if Scorpio was interested in what was occuring with SFMI and he asked me "In what regard?" I then said "Do they have any interest in becoming involved with this project in the future?" He said "No, None whatsoever." Dmagnus was sitting next to me in the van when I asked that question.

That is all I can add to that issue
