RS is nothing but a Geologist. He is NOT a businessman so you asked the WRONG INDIVIDUAL. Its PQ's company. He's the one that set up both entities the way he did. SFMI takes on all the debt while GHDC reaps the profits and will possibly acquire additional mines to make the BUYOUTS look more attractive when the time comes. Go look at the o/s from last year. Go look at the stock prices from last year. The company Silver Falcon is great but the stock sux. Im glad I own 90% GHDC in my portfolio. Have you seen how fast GHDC moves up on hardly any volume? Wait and see when volume starts coming into these stocks. My bet is GHDC overtakes it 1 day.

Remember when the 2 stocks were 5-1 ratio? We have seen GHDC sneak up as high as 1.5-1 and now sitting at 2-1 AGAIN.
