Seems a bit contradictory...

Mr. Bommarito did not resign because of any disagreement with the Registrant.

Usually means there was a disagreement when they say it. As when a company agrees to cease and desist doing something without admitting they were doing the thing they are ceasing and desisting...

Here's hoping that any internal stuff is now out of the way and SFMI can focus on business.
