Lindy, I agree with all that. Unfortunately, the naivity of management has provided the fodder for these parasites to sow their seeds of mistrust. Management needs to be more pro-active and realize they need to shield investors while protecting the company's reputation. They need to get back to the highest level on pinksheets and move to upgrade their exchange listing quickly on the TSX. The fact they are willing to face the music at SHMs tells me they are trying to be forthright to shareholders while still protecting proprietary information about future plans/funding.
