It was announced at the SHM that he was stepping down, and a filing was made as well. I do know that he hasn't sold his shares. There is a 90 day period after a BOD steps down before he can sell without filing. So no filing means no Bomarrito sales.

It isn't clear to us on this board as to why he stepped down... the filing doesn't make it especially clear.
