Either old PP money has been unloading or contractors that were given shares in exchange for their work have been selling and MM's are keeping us above .06, because even they know they will have to release this mother UP once the dumping is finished. This stock can and will explode at any point. BTW, I heard its no longer NY that's dumping, they're done.
