Message: WHY ARE WE SO COLLECTIVELY LAME?

Not sure whether this selling is really NSS or whether it is selling by contractors being paid in shares. Certainly not selling by longs who are aware of the imminent developments- revenue stream, 43-101, drilling, etc. If it is NSS, then the only sure way to stop it (and force the NSSers to cover) is with a series of dividends. The share buyback program is admirable, but it really doesn't affect NSSers, who can always issue more shares as long as they are never required to cover. But if they are required to cover dividends in the form of cash layouts for each naked share, then they will think seriously about covering- especially if the number of naked shares is significant. If say revenues are $500k/month at 50 tpd and 6g/t (soon to double or triple w/ mill expansion), then 15% of that would be $75k/month, or about .02 cents ($.0002) per share, or 1 cent (.01) per 50 shares. Paid out regularly, that would be .24 cents ($.0024) per share per year. Not a lot now, but it may go up. And if it moves the sp up (or similarly, if the buyback moves the sp up), NSSers can always sell more shares at the higher price to cover any divdend. Remember, true NSSers need never cover. But if the dividend gets to be truly onerous for the NSSers, they will cover and go away.
