Boot... the short answer to your questions (which is all I can give since I don't know enough to give the long answer) is something like this:

The sinker is the first drill target. We'll be drilling in there soon. We seem to be waiting on MSHA to finally give us the green light to go ahead. Roger S. and his team have (to the best of my understanding) located their primary drill targets (I've heard talk of a 4th vein being found). The sinker doesn't need permitting to drill. It can't however be mined for ore yet. It needs an escape tunnel I think.

as far as drilling on top of the mountain, I believe those targets are also chosen and sfmi will get started with that once the snow lets us on top of the mountain. Late spring? The roads need to be passable. It is my understanding that permitting won't be an issue or take long at all.

The mill is expanding and improving. Not sure what details I could add that you don't already know.
