Scorpio is farther along than SFMI, but is not a major. They don't have the cash to buy us out, and wouldn't be able to get adequate financing unless SFMI has a 43-101 with lots of reserves proven up (which is years away). It would have to be done with shares, and frankly I don't want shares of Scorpio. Neither would a lot of SFMIers, so the subsequent selling would reduce any offer to well below what the original "offer" had been. I don't want shares of another company for my SFMI shares, I want cash.
