The question of access doesn't answer why they are still using the Belle Peck ore. During the 2010 SHM we were taken up to the Oso adit, and there didn't seem to be any problem with access. The Oso stuff is reportedly much better, so I'm not sure why they are using it. Remember, they will only use a small fraction of the total waste ore before they start mining new stuff. After that, they will convert completely to the new ore. So they really should process the best stuff they have now.
