Reply from RK on my concerns.
"NO urgency… I beg to differ! Currently, there are tax selling pressures on the stock. It will abate.
In terms of stock dilution, there is not a single mining company who can function without share dilution. Every dollar raised from the issuance of stock has been sunk right back into operations. SFMI has infrastructure, equipment, lode claims, roads, and much more. All mines raise money through the issuance of stock, how else do the get funded? What SFMI did which was unique was to self-fund operation through PIPE’s. This gives us the knowledge of every share placed and the flexibility to raise money without the manipulation (Also known as TOXIC placements) caused through a 3rd party transaction. The Company has stated and has implemented a share buy-back to purchase shares derived from 15% of revenue off mill operations.
NO, I don’t like the current price any more than the next, but at the end of the day, what does SFMI have…… GOLD!!! "
