It should be bullish for gold and silver, but if the USD rallies hard on the news, it would be hard to tell which way it will go. I do know this much, however: if physical gold and silver become hard to acquire, you will be very thankful if you have been stacking! Jim Rogers said last year to buy silver when it was at $17/ounce and I did. Made good money. Now he says he expects a pullback in the short term, and right now he is not buying. Hope that helps.
