This was brought up during '08 and tossed around for awhile. I don't recall the exact clarification but it satisfied those concerned at that time. What I do know is that PQ [including family], directors [including family] and others a lot smarter than me, have provided millions to move this story forward. They understand the details much clearer than anyone and seem to be satisfied. I know back in '08 the legal team, auditors, and accountants were willing to take shares for serivces, which again suggests confidence in the company.
