Garbage repeated:
The Remainder is 71% which belongs to New Visions Bissell
Absolutely false. I posted the facts from the filings yesterday. New Visions/Bissell own no percentage of any of the claims. Everything they owned (including only 29% of some of the claims) was transferred to GHDC, with NV/B retaining only the royalty. The remaining 71% belongs to unknown heirs of the original owners from the 1800s. Once again, here is the clearly explained truth from the filings:
The remaining 70.834% of the patented claims are owned by a large number of descendants of the original parties that obtained the patent rights to the mining claims. We are in the process of trying to identify and acquire or lease the remainder of ownership of these mining claims.
I know that SFMI has mentioned trying to identify the unknown heirs for some time (probably where some of those "consulting fees" went to). I don't know whether or not they have been successful in identifying any of the owners, or whether they have been able to acquire any portion of the claims from any owners they have identified. However, if a diligient search does not turn up anything, I imagine there is some way to deal with it, probably the same way any property is dealt with when no heirs to the original owner can be found.
