b)New Vision Financial, Ltd. A Seychelles corporation, Executive and Owners unknown, purchased from Laoshan and sold to GoldLand Holdings 50% of a 29% and ownership and 100% ownership on 172+ acres of quitclaim on War Eagle Mountain.

c)Goldland Holdings, Co. owns 100% of a 29% co ownership on 172+ acres of quitclaim on War Eagle Mountain and a lease with SFMI for the activity and milling of the product coming from that property (on file with the SEC.

d)GoldLand Holdings holds a 15% royalty on gold and silver coming out of THE SINKER TUNNEL ON CLAIMS STAKED BY SFMI INSIDE THE TUNNEL.
