Price action in the absence of news is not too relevant to the long term. It's typical for stocks to decline in price in the absence of news. In the case of SFMI, contractors who were paid in shares will sell them (after all, it's their pay, not their investment), pp shares will show up, traders or short termers looking for a fast buck will dump and move on, and even some longs will lose patience.

SFMI will move up on fundamentals. That's why we need substantive news, not "this will be done", "this is in progress", "we plan to do this". No more ambiguous statements about plans and happenings, no more vague statements about deliveries and "checks in the mail". Just hard numbers, definite statements, and specific dates.
