I know there are SEC rules for declaring ownership in a stock when it reaches a certain percentage. Anyone know what they are? Subtract that preliminary declared ownership from the 51% needed for voting ownership times the PPS to get there and that is the real buyout price, right? And that would be much less than one would figure for rights to the mountain, I'm supposing. What am I missing?
