As to your question about the permit, I haven't heard anything. And you're sure not going to hear anything from SFMI. It has been two years since the mill started running, and I sure hope it wasn't just recently that they realized that they were running at such low recoveries and needed the extra circuit. Presumably they applied for the permit a while ago.
