Response to my original question of how long it will take to get a permit approved:

John:

I am responding to your question about how long it takes to get a cyanidation
permit. Once an application is received the process takes 180 days for the DEQ
Director to approve or disapprove an application. Of course it also takes time
to prepare a high quality application.

If you would like to discuss further, feel free to give me a call.
