Ok so you're eseentially saying the permit will only be a formality, and that they have been engaged in the heavy lifting of getting the the permit since October. Well that would be consistent with what RK told me and a welcome development.

As far as the monthly shipments, are they still running the mill even though it is running very efficiently? Or are these dore bars that have been stockpiled?
