Right now Batista (or anyone) could probably acquire 25% of OS for $0.15 - $0.20 per share. Not sure how all this works, but perhaps he could even force buyout at well under $1.00. Better to get this price up in the market to strengthen resolve of entire sfmi market, so that ultimate acquisition price is much higher, assuming resource is as ballyhooed here (and depended on by your humble poster).
Only revenues and NI - (whatever # it is) will move price upwards at this point, imho. Much backward progress must be overcome to make this interesting again.
