I agree with your comments 100%. I am also incredibly dissapointed in the way that this company has been managed. I think that we would all be much more comforable if they had been honest and forthcoming about their challenges. To be kind, perhaps PQ thought he could iron it all out before he was forced to show his hand? Hopefully going forward he will show a lot more respect and responciblity to his investors and shareholders or there will not be any left to pay his bills.

On a side note: I was in a really interesting $.50 start up play a few years ago that was in a similar situation in trying to do it all on their own. They had the goods. But,they needed to raise a lot more money to fund the ongoing R&D and to market a new and cutting edge surgical tool. Many doubted their ability to raise enough money to fund the operations and so the stock was driven down to $.02. Just when everyone thought that they would go bankrupt, the company was bought out for cash by a competitor for $2.00 per share!
