After my little get together with my pal, we strongly believe the PRs and 10K will come out after the meetings along with what transpired in the meetings. Of course, this is an opinion...won't be the first time I have been wrong.

Questions:

1. Is SFMI strapped for cash?

2. If cash comes on board, what was the trade off?

3. Can PQ listen to others?
