As far as the financing is concerned, I would expect that they would be savvy enough to raise the amount of funding needed to get started, and hope that the preliminary drill results, 43-101, BOD member changes and overall sentiment raises the share price to higher levels, at which point (as you mentioned) the dilution would be reduced. If they can get it to 20 cents, the Centurion deal would take care of the rest. OF course 20 cents is a long way from 4 cents lol.
