Typical RK response, I could post a few of those myself. They could start construction work before they get the cyanide permit approval, but they also need a building permit from the county and they would not want to get too far ahead of the permitting process in case they need to change something in their plans. There is currently only one active permitted closed circuit system in Idaho and the Silver Falcon folks have met with that company, so I'm sure they have an idea of how long it would take to construct.
