They now have 15 days to file the 10K

"The Registrant has been unable to complete all aspects of its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2011 on, or prior to, the
prescribed due date because of additional time required by the Registrant to complete a pending financing. The Company expects to
file its 10-K on or before time allotted under this notification."

I don't get it. The 10K is supposed to reflect events that occured only up to the end of last year. Why would a pending financing chance what happened last year?
