The strategy was fine, in fact that's why many of us invested- because the strategy if properly implemented would have allowed them to get to production, revenue, and profitability very quickly by processing the waste ore. It was the incompetent implementation of that strategy that is the problem. The Melba fiasco cost a year, and now we find that the mill, rather than generating revenue to fund exploration, has been a money sink for two years operating at 15-25% recovery.
I just find it very hard to believe that PQ and RK have any wisdom in their strategy.
