the more I think about it, maybe they did secure the funds to drill. We know the "pending financing" doesn't affect last years filings and they could have filed the 10K without divulging the news on the pending financing ...unless it is good news and they WANT to report the financing news to show $$ available to drill. I think this may be the turning point folks.
