Im going to have to disagree with your speculation and I will tell u why. IMO, great news is coming. The 8k showed everyone that financing is taking place which verifies what I stated about money being in place to start drilling is true, just waiting on the blasting permit.

2nd, once the announcement of the new member is OFFICIAL, we start to move. I believe we have no action YET because the bottom feeders believe, which they're wrong, that the 10k will bring the price slightly lower than we're currently trading. WISHFUL THINKING IMO.
