Once and for all, that 29% is owned by unknown heirs of the original owners, not GHDC, not Bissell, not New Visions. The 71% owned by NV/Bissell was sold to GHDC, which then leased it to SFMI. It's all in the filings.

Not sure about what is being done about the other 29% ownership. I know they were trying to track down the ownership, but there has been no announcement other than that they were trying.

Also not sure how the 29% ownership is being handled. Are they only getting ore from dumps that they control 100%? Maybe that's why they are not processing the supposedly higher grade Oso ore.

As far as the 2000+ added acres, there are statements around that indicate that SFMI owns the claims. But on the claims map on the web site, the added claims are labeled "Goldcorp" (obviously the map was before Goldcorp changed its name to Goldland). This would be a good question for RK to clear up as to whether the additional claims were filed by SFMI or by GHDC. If not by SFMI, I'd like to know why since geos working for SFMI probably did the legwork to find out what claims should be made.
