7 of the 16 claims have outside ownership that are claimed. Unknown claims that expired that included Belle Beck and Oso were claimed under New Vision/Bisell.....which are private companies that don't have to disclose their assets even though they're under the GHDC banner.

In a nutshell....SFMI is mining New Vision/Bisell's Belle Peck ore they claimed off waivers since the claims were unknown and abandoned. Bisell/New Visions aren't paying for SFMI mining and milling of the Belle Peck ore while GHDC is hitting SFMI for the lease payment and royalties on the 29% minus operating costs to SFMI.

Pierre is in partnership with Bisell and New Vision....you wonder why he stacked the deck with family members on the BOD and is having CQ run the mill.

Then we wonder where all the dorebars sales and accumilation are going......and no smelter, lab and vault set up. Why no mill expansion and 43 101....

I talked to an investor this morning who knows smart people who won't invest in SFMI because of the BOD is stacked with the Quillam family. I agree and when he came on board...PQ was the only Quillam on the board.

Plus under the rules..once a BOD is replaced, there can't be a vacancy on the BOD. So if DQ is leaving, she will have to be replaced at the time. Question: is it Richard Walker or someone else?
