I believe that the importance of the 10k coming out, is it will show debt has decreased substantially setting up SFMI to be bought out.

If you ask RK, he will tell you that 178 acres of the 2,000 are GHDCs and the rest are SFMIs. Im not sure I believe that.

RS told you its all about the drills. It takes 3 things to drill: Money, Permits and Contractors. We have 2 out of the 3.

GHDC up 12% on 29k shares traded. Wait till the final chapter.
