I haven't digested the entire 8K, but isn't it positive that they actually want SFMI shares instead of CASH? I know they would be getting them at a discount, but who wants that much of a stock at 3 cents that is heading down ..unless they are convinced that it will be heading up. Does anyone have another opinion on this point?
