I understand your numbers and where you are coming from, now you're talking my language. But, that $5.5M won't be realized until 2014 (after the leeching system is installed). From what BOUTS and others have stated, I thought drilling is supposed to start next month. So I don't see the connection there. I don't know maybe that $5.5M can be used as collateral to get some money upfront.
