Maybe Imperial Wazoo was correct in his speculation about a silent running strategy. If the dumps on the property appeared to be low grade, then wouldn’t that also help SFMI to be able to acquire all of the surrounding claims at the lowest possible cost? Then, when it comes time putting together a true valuation for a buyout... the alleged high grade dumps will still be there for sale as advertised along with 1800+ acres of new claims to help increase the overall valuation of the property sale?
I am still betting that there is a happy ending to this story, somehow!
