That PR does nothing for me… What are these guys up to? Would the restricted shares turn into cash in the case of a buyout? Does the huge increase in authorized shares lead anyone to think that some kind of a JV could be in the cards? Wasn’t it published at some point recently that the salaries and lease payments to GHDC would be deferred for another year? One would think that they must be thinking that those shares will be worth a lot more fairly soon or why risk the market reaction to the sudden massive dilution?
