Great post, and I pretty much agree with everything you said. The one wild card is the ultimate buyout price. If the macro picture works in our favor over the next 6 to 18 months, we might see a higher buyout. BUt yes many here would take 50 cents in a heartbeat at this point in time. That sentiment may change as positive developments finally occur.

Basically they got their 'ducks in a row' to move this up from here. IMO. I also think that the worst is behind us. Onward and upward.

And yes I wanted to puke all week and I let PQ know about it.
