I was thinking the same about CQ stepping down as well. Many investors won't touch the stock with nepotism on the board. So before they leave, PQ feathered their nests as well as his own.

spiny made reference that a buyout could be sooner than later...I tend to agree with his sentiment as well.

What will happen with GHDC?

PQ has 82 million shares of GHDC. He had only 4 million shares in SFMI at the start. His SFMI shares are catching up to GHDC making SFMI an attraction for the buyout and making PQ and family filthy stinking rich. RS pointed out all the claims and SFMI laid claim to them. Since all new claims were filed under SFMI with 100% control. PQ is quickly adding to his share total for SFMI.
