43-101 is not a standardized, fill in the blanks report. It is simply a standard for reporting any kind of information. You can report historical, pre-43-101 information in a 43-101 report, but it cannot be used to calculate resources even if at the time it was completely reliable, or even if it was conducted in a manner that would meet the 43-101 if it were done today. Historical information is acceptable in the 43-101 standard as long as it is labeled as such, and is not used to calculate resources. SFMI's initial 43-101 report will be primarily historical information (with maybe some recent geo findings thrown in), but will not contain any resource calculations. Those will be added when the 43-101 report is updated as drilling takes place and results come in.
