According to the filing, the share numbers with a (2) after them are in lieu of compensation, however it's hard to imagine that any of those large blocks were bought on the open market, especially since the acquisitions are listed as having taken place on only a few different days. Maybe bonus shares, or something like that.

My take? Looks to me like management is really loading up. Also note that management doesn't sell shares (though there may have been a few small sales). Maybe they know something?
